Return Policy

All items are shipped direct to customers via the listed artist. If you are unsatisfied in anyway with your purchase, please email us at [email protected] within 10 days of receipt of your item(s) to request a return authorization.

Please note that all items are custom made. If Something arrives damaged and/or broken, please email Pistol Pete’s and we will work with the artist to resolve the issue. You will either receive a replacement item or a refund based on the arrived condition of the item. You will be required to return any damaged items to the listed artist or return address on the shipping package. Pistol Pete’s will supply the return information after review and contact with the artist on the initial request.

Pistol Pete’s reserves no rights to the artist listings, products, brands, photos or creative for the listed items for sale. We are simply a method for artists to have their items listed professionally, to be able share and to sell to buyers. Pistol Pete’s does not store or warehouse any goods listed on www.getpistolpetes.com.

If the purchase is a gift, please be sure to open and inspect the item before gifting to the recipient.
Return authorizations are not available 10 business days after items has confirmed arrival.

For all shipments that are returned or are refused upon delivery and sent back to Pistol Pete’s, will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. We do not under any circumstances offer refunds on shipping fees. We are a small family business and are not able to provide return shipping labels for unwanted items.

Please do not purchase items for events and return them. If it is determined that this has occurred, you voluntarily forfeit your items and the opportunity for a refund of any kind. We will offer you the option to have the items re-shipped under your own expense so that you may keep them. We kindly ask that you please be respectful of the artists handmade works and the time that goes into creating these handmade pieces for you to enjoy.

For any reason you need to cancel an order that has not shipped, please email [email protected] with your order number, name and item description. We will cancel the order and fully refund your purchase in 1-2 business days. Your bank or credit card processor may take a few days to return the funds once they have been refunded by Pistol Pete’s.

There are no cancellations or refunds on custom orders once they are placed. As a small business we do our best to secure materials quickly to fulfill custom orders and large orders and are not able to provide refunds for any reason on those orders. If an order placed for custom work is requested for cancellation and we have not completed your order, we reserve the right to offer a pro-rated refund, where applicable, minus any labor and material charges if deemed by Pistol Pete’s to qualify for any refund on the custom order placed.

We appreciate your business and support of artists everywhere. Pistol Pete’s will do everything in its power to rectify a situation of return request or damaged arrival of an item with the artist.
